The Paris Generation Equality Forum will take place on 30 June to 2 July 2021. You can now visit the website, a gateway to all the platforms: submission for events, future accreditations in May and the event platform itself. The call for submissions to propose an event is open until 30th April.  

Highlights of CSW65

A High-Level Dialogue on shared intergenerational co-leadership and mutual accountability, a Youth Forum, and a Girls Caucus. The 65^th session of the UN Commission on the Status of Women (CSW65) recognized the need to significantly accelerate the pace of progress to ensure young women’s participation and leadership.

10 Critical demands to unleash young African women’s creativity

The United Nations designated 21 April as World Creativity and Innovation. Africa doesn’t lack innovation or creativity and African women have proved it. Creativity for survival, creativity in advocacy and resistance.

Free media training for feminist activists

Ahead of the Generation Equality Forum in Paris, the Egaé group will hold three online media training sessions with the objective to train women activists in public speaking including how to get their message across, answer hard questions or build self-confidence for an interview. The French training is full. You can register HERE for the session in English, on Wednesday May 5^th , and HERE for the Spanish, on Thursday May 6^th.
